The Building Intelligence Agency is the transactional arm of the Deedlease program. BIA Agents are licensed real estate professionals deputized to scout, vet, and broker the land that feeds the Better Building Council's housing pipeline.
Every agent operates under BBC standards, coordinates directly with Build Officers on the ground, and earns commission on qualified acquisitions and dispositions.

The BIA operates under the framework, ethics code, and quality standards of the Better Building Council — the same body that certifies Build Officers and administers the Deedlease acquisition program.
