The BIA Agent
A licensed real estate agent, credentialed by the Building Intelligence Agency to serve as transaction agent for the Deedlease program.
Duties
- ■ Identify and log parcels eligible for the Deedlease pipeline.
- ■ File field reports with photos, comps, and title snapshots.
- ■ Represent Deedlease as transaction agent in acquisitions.
- ■ Coordinate with local Build Officers post-acquisition.
- ■ Uphold the BBC ethics code in every engagement.
Requirements
- □ Active real estate license in a Deedlease-active state.
- □ Minimum 2 years of transactional experience.
- □ E&O insurance in good standing.
- □ Clean disciplinary record with your state commission.
- □ Willingness to complete BBC field-protocol training.
